The landscaping of the gardens makes it possible to limit the plants' water requirement by 75%. The building is wrapped in several layers of glass. This allows it to be perfectly insulated and soundproofed. These exemplary characteristics encourage these new buyers to abandon particularly energy-intensive properties, in particular homes that rely on a conventional air conditioning system.
New construction methods
To ensure that their properties are as virtuous as possible, buyers rely on LEED certification. Miami real estate agencies offer real estate that incorporates home automation tools to reduce the energy consumption of homes.
