Our rental department being more active than ever with a team of 8 people, we wanted to share with you our perception of the rental market in the south of Brussels.
In fact, despite stable or even declining rents in certain districts, we experienced a record increase in our activity with almost 22% growth in 2018.

Several factors explain this increase in our opinion

In the aftermath of a major reform having a significant impact on the legislation relating to leases and with the obligation to have numerous documents and certificates, many owners have turned to us in order to avoid making errors which for some can be fraught consequences…
With the many political and economic changes in sight for our neighbors, many are taking the lead and preparing themselves, knowing what they have but not being sure what they will have.
While the number of real estate agents has never been so high in Belgium, we have invested enormously in the quality of the services provided to our customers and offer a whole series of additional services such as the registration of your leases, the realization your PEB certificates, quality support in the many steps that follow the signing of the lease, etc.
The real estate market is alive and constantly evolving, which is why we are constantly training in order to be able to best assist you in this adventure of managing your real estate assets.

We are slowly but surely entering the high season with a greater demand from candidate tenants about to settle in our beautiful capital.
